New Chief People Officer at Sussex NHS Partnership

Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust has appointed Funmi Onamusi as Chief People Officer.

Funmi joins the trust from King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, where she has been Director of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) and was responsible for the inclusion agenda for 14,000 staff and one million patients.

Chief Executive of Sussex Partnership, Dr Jane Padmore, said: "With a career that spans 20 years across consulting and industry roles, Funmi's experience includes strategic human resources, workforce development and talent management. She will be a welcome addition to the Trust and to our health and care system when she joins us in 2023."
